Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Billio (trybillio.com), a time-tracking and invoicing service operated by SIA Tech Dev Baltic, a company registered in Latvia (reg. No. 40203459117, VAT No. LV40203459117, registered office: Gailenu street 6-1, Riga, LV-1023, Latvia). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Accounts

Billio is a business tool intended for professional use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your organization's account, including team members you invite.

3. Trial, subscriptions and billing

• New organizations get a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to start.
• Paid plans (Solo, Team, Studio) are billed annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your location.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then.
• Each plan includes a fixed number of seats. Seat limits are enforced by the service.
• If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@trybillio.com within 14 days of the charge.

4. Your data

The content you enter — clients, projects, time entries, invoices — belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data (CSV, PDF) at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you issue and for your own tax and legal compliance, including the VAT treatment you select.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Billio to send spam or unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt unauthorized access to the service or its data, or to resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

6. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep Billio available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.
